The Effect of Job Characteristics on Organizational Ambidexterity: Insight from Jordan

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect Job Characteristics on organizational ambidexterity. population involves Food and beverages companies listed Amman Stock Exchange (2020) which numbered (8) companies. sample includes (120) employees. questionnaire was gathered from (100) respondents shaped 83% as a response rate. obtained data have been analyzed by partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. current showed that all dimensions namely (Skills variety, task identity, significance, autonomy, feedback) positive impact recommends increasing job characteristics levels ambidexterity in researched In addition, it future researchers complete other sectors.
